Barry Alan Schneiderman, senior partner of Kincheloe & Schneiderman, has been practicing law in Fairfax, Virginia since 1976. He is a graduate of Rutgers College (1969) and George Washington University Law School (1972). From 1973 to 1976 he was an Attorney Adviser to The Board of Immigration Appeals in the United States Department of Justice. He is a member of the bar in both the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia and is admitted to practice in all Federal Courts in those jurisdictions as well as the United States Supreme Court.

F. Lizbeth Flores is an associate at Kincheloe & Schneiderman. Before joining the firm as an attorney, she was an excellent paralegal for us, attending to various legal matters while pursuing higher education. She is a double graduate of George Mason University: BA - Government and International Politics - 2014 and Juris Doctor - 2019. She also served as co-president of the Immigration Law Society while attending evening classes at the George Mason University School of Law. Liz is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is fluent is Spanish.
