       For over 40 years, Kincheloe & Schneiderman has been a staple in serving the immigrant population in the DMV greater area. We are now facing a transition as our founding partner, Barry A. Schneiderman, is joining Paul Kincheloe, Jr., in stepping back from practicing law full time.

Our Attorneys


F. Lizbeth Flores is the Managing Attorney at Immigration Law Plus. Before joining the firm as an attorney, she was an excellent paralegal for us, attending to various legal matters while pursuing higher education. She is a double graduate of George Mason University: BA - Government and International Politics - 2014 and Juris Doctor - 2019. She also served as co-president of the Immigration Law Society while attending evening classes at the George Mason University School of Law. Liz is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Virginia and is fluent is Spanish.

Yucheng "Johnny" Wang joins Immigration Law Plus in January 2025. Johnny graduated from the George Mason University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree under the immigration concentration in 2018. While in law school, Johnny interned at several nonprofit organizations and law firms which helped him realize his passion in immigration law. Johnny is an immigrant himself and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese. Johnny is a proud member of the LGBT+ Community. Johnny is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Of Counsel


Barry Alan Schneiderman, Of Counsel, was a senior partner of Kincheloe & Schneiderman. He has been practicing law in Fairfax, Virginia since 1976. He is a graduate of Rutgers College (1969) and George Washington University Law School (1972). From 1973 to 1976 he was an Attorney Adviser to The Board of Immigration Appeals in the United States Department of Justice. He is a member of the bar in both the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia and is admitted to practice in all Federal Courts in those jurisdictions as well as the United States Supreme Court.
